Job summary

Lakeside Special Care, a Generations Healthcare facility in Lakeside, California, is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our team. The role supports all food functions and daily cleaning tasks in accordance with our policies. It is a Full - PM shift with wages of $18-20/hr depending on experience.

Candidate must be able to read/write English, follow instructions, and interact professionally with residents, families, and staff. A background check and pre-employment screenings are required.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Ability to deal tactfully with residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.
• Must be able to follow oral and written instructions.

Job Overview

The primary role of the Dietary Aide is to provide assistance in all food functions as directed/instructed and in accordance with established food policies and procedures. The essential duties would be to assist in daily or scheduled cleaning duties, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
