Responsibilities

• Assist with serving meals and nourishments.
• Check chlorine concentration and water temp of dishwasher.
• Operate dishwasher and maintain sanitation of kitchen.
• Sweep and mop kitchen and floors.
• Carry groceries and store them safely.
• Leave the kitchen clean and ready for the next shift.
• Clean work surfaces and refrigerators as needed.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing training.
• Cooperate with dietary staff and other departments.
