Responsibilities

• Learn and perform food service routines quickly.
• Set up meal trays and assist with serving meals.
• Strip down returned trays and wash dishes.
• Check chlorine concentration and water temperature of the dishwashing machine.
• Operate the dishwasher and maintain clean surfaces.
• Prepare nourishments and snacks.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Assist in orientation and training of dietary staff.
• Collaborate with Cook and Dietary supervisor as needed.
