Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up meal trays.
• Strip down returned trays and start washing dishes.
• Assist with serving the different meals.
• Check chlorine concentration and water temperature of the dishwashing machine at the start of shift.
• Observe dishwasher water temperatures during cycles.
• Operate the dishwasher.
• Prepare nourishments and snacks.
• Sweep and mop kitchen.
• Store groceries safely.
• Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen and surfaces.
• Assist with orientation and training of dietary staff.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed.
