Stoney Point Healthcare Center is seeking a Dietary Aide to support daily meal service in our kitchen. You will set up meal trays, assist with serving, and help maintain a clean, sanitary work environment. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a food handler certificate.

You will follow recipes and procedures, monitor dishwashing, and collaborate with cooks and supervisory staff. This is a hands-on position with physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing most

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must obtain and maintain food handler certificate.
• Ability to read technical procedures and recipes.
• Ability to follow instructions from managers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Set up meal trays and assist with serving meals.
• Strips down returned trays and starts washing dishes.
• Check chlorine concentration and water temp of dishwashing machine daily.
• Operate the dishwasher and maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas.
• Prepare nourishments and snacks, and keep work surfaces clean.
• Sweep and mop floors, take out trash, and store groceries safely.
• Keep refrigerators clean and assist with recipe following overviews.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing training for dietary staff.
