Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain a food handlers' certificate.
• Ability to read technical procedures and follow recipes.

Responsibilities

• Set up meal trays and assist with serving meals.
• Ensure dishwashing area is clean; operate dishwasher.
• Check chlorine concentration and water temperature for dishwashing.
• Maintain clean, sanitary kitchen and work surfaces.
• Participate in staff training and cooperate with all departments.
• Carry out trash disposal and grocery storage safely.
