Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must obtain and maintain a food handlers' certificate.
• Ability to read technical procedures and follow recipes.

Responsabilités

• Learn food service routines and set up meal trays.
• Assist with serving meals and cleaning duties.
• Operate dishwasher and monitor dishwashing routines including temperatures and chlorine levels.
• Prepare nourishments and snacks; sweep, mop, and maintain kitchen areas.
• Participate in orientation and training of dietary staff and cooperate with other departments.
