Qualifications

• Must learn food service routine quickly.

Responsibilities

• Set up meal trays.
• Strip down returned trays and wash dishes.
• Assist with serving meals.
• Check and record chlorine concentration and water temperature of the dishwashing machine.
• Observe dishwasher cycles and operate the dishwasher.
• Prepare nourishments and snacks.
• Sweep, mop kitchen, and maintain floors.
• Carry out trash and disposal.
• Store groceries safely.
• Keep kitchen clean and sanitary and assist cooks and supervisors.
• Participate in orientation and training of dietary staff.
