The Ross Manor campus provides three levels of care for residents, including assisted living, skilled rehabilitation, and complete nursing care services. Owned by First Atlantic Healthcare, Ross Manor upholds the company's reputation for excellence in Long Term Care.

Position details:

  • Every other weekend
  • 32 hours per week
  • Hourly Rate: $15.00 - $17.00
Job Summary

No prior experience necessary; training provided! As part of a care team, your primary responsibilities include providing excellent service and maintaining residents' health and safety through food and nutrition programs. Dietary Aides prepare and serve meals, working alongside Dietary Managers and Cooks.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Preparing meals, snacks, and beverages following specific procedures
  • Serving meals while ensuring food safety and hygiene standards
  • Taking inventory of kitchen supplies and food items
  • Staying current with facility procedures and regulations
  • Setting up and cleaning dining areas, assisting with kitchen maintenance

This role is a good starting point in food services or healthcare, with opportunities for growth into roles such as C.N.A., nurse, or Activities professional.
