(Waverly Hills Post Acute) Waverly SNF Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Dietary Aide General Purpose to support dietary operations. The role reports to the Cook and Dietary supervisor and involves learning routine tasks, setting up meal trays, washing dishes, serving meals, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, ability to read recipes and follow procedures, and obtaining a food handlers' certificate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must obtain and maintain food handlers' certificate.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and technical procedures.
• Ability to learn food service routines quickly.
• Ability to perform dishwashing and sanitation tasks.

Responsabilités

• Set up meal trays.
• Strip down returned trays and start washing dishes.
• Assist with serving meals.
• Check chlorine concentration and water temperature of dishwashing machine at shift start.
• Observe dishwasher temperatures during cycles.
• Operate dishwasher.
• Prepare nourishments and snacks.
• Sweep and mop kitchen.
• Carry out trash and garbage.
• Put groceries away safely and orderly.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen for the next shift.
• Clean work surfaces and refrigerators.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing training of dietary staff.
• Cooperate with personnel across departments.
