Job summary

Hazel Dell Community Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Dietary Aide to support meal service and kitchen operations. You will learn food service routines, set up trays, assist with serving, and help maintain cleanliness and sanitation under the supervision of the Cook and Dietary supervisor.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to read procedures. Training will include dietary staff orientation and safety practices to ensure quality patient meals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and serve meal trays and nourish ments.
• Strip down returned trays and wash dishes.
• Check chlorine and water temperature of the dishwashing machine.
• Operate dishwasher and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Assist with supervision and training of dietary staff.
• Support in stocking, cleaning, and sanitation tasks.
• Collaborate with cook and dietary supervisor as needed.
