Lionstone Healthcare is seeking a Dietary Aide to support meal service and daily food functions in a resident care setting. You will prepare, portion, and deliver meals, ensuring diets and menus are followed and trays reach the nursing stations on time.

This role requires strong teamwork, adherence to safety and sanitation standards, and active cooperation with kitchen and nursing staff to ensure a respectful, patient-centered dining experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to make independent decisions when needed.
• Ability to follow established policies and directions from supervisors.
• Clear communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Strong teamwork and cooperative attitude with care teams.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking and understanding English.

Responsabilités

• Provide assistance to all food functions as directed and per policies.
• Prepare and deliver meals to nurses' station and residents per diet cards.
• Set up resident meal trays according to diets and menus.
• Deliver trays, collect dishware, and restock as needed.
• Maintain sanitation, clean work areas, and dispose of waste per policy.
• Assist in food preparation for special meals as required.
