Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be a supportive team member and contribute to teamwork.
• Must follow food service policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to all food functions as directed per policies.
• Prepare and deliver meals to nurses' station and tray line.
• Set up resident meals trays according to diets and menus.
• Deliver, collect and sanitize meal trays on the nursing floor.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Assist cooks with meal preparation and substitutions as needed.
