Job summary

Symphony Care Network, LLC. is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide to support a skilled nursing and assisted living community in Brighton. You will help serve meals, maintain dining areas, and ensure procedures follow portion control and safety standards.

The role requires weekend availability, good customer service, and the Food Handlers certificate. The position emphasizes a positive, growth-oriented work environment with advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends and some holidays.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods, fast-paced work, attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance.

• Serve food in accordance with established portion control procedures.
• Assist in daily scheduled cleaning duties, per policies.

Essential Functions:

• Serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance.
• Assist in serving meals as necessary and on a timely basis.
• Serve food in accordance with established portion control procedures
• Assist in daily scheduled cleaning duties, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Set up meal trays, food carts, dining room, etc.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Must be available to work weekends and some holidays.
• Must be able to push, pull, move and/or lift a minimum of 25 lbs. to a minimum of 5 ft. and be able to push, pull, move and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 ft.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time and work at a fast pace while paying close attention to detail.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
• Hold your Food Handlers certificate
