Job summary

Symphony Applewood is seeking a friendly Dietary Aide to support meals service and dining operations. Join a team dedicated to quality care and meaningful guest experiences. You will assist with meal service, maintain clean dining areas, and help ensure portions and presentation meet standards.

The role emphasizes reliability, strong customer service, and the ability to work weekends with a focus on safety and teamwork. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work weekends and some holidays.
• Must be able to push, pull, move and/or lift a minimum of 25 lbs to a distance of 50 ft.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and work at a fast pace with attention to detail.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
• Hold your Food Handlers certificate.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance.
• Assist in serving meals as necessary and on a timely basis.
• Serve food in accordance with established portion control procedures.
• Assist in daily scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with policies.
• Set up meal trays, food carts, dining room, etc.
