Responsibilities

• Learn food service routines quickly and apply them during shifts.
• Set up meal trays and assist with serving meals.
• Strip down returned trays, start washing dishes and maintain clean kitchen surfaces.
• Operate the dishwasher and monitor water temperatures during cycles.
• Prepare nourishments and snacks and keep kitchen floors clean.
• Carry out trash disposal and groceries handling in a safe, orderly manner.
• Support orientation and ongoing training of dietary staff and cooperate with all departments.
