Job summary

Envive Healthcare of Indianapolis is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide for the evenings to join our dietary department. You will prepare meals, serve residents, and maintain a clean, safe dining area while following health and safety protocols.

Key responsibilities include meal preparation, serving, inventory, and assisting with dining setup. This role emphasizes compassion, attention to detail, and teamwork to support residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion when working with residents and family members
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, family members, and team members
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions for meal orders, nutritional needs, and recipes
• Physical stamina to assist in food preparation and serving meals, as well as helping residents with eating and cleaning up after meals
