Job summary

The Dietary Aide at Crestwood Behavioral Health in Fremont is responsible for following proper procedures for utilizing, sanitizing, and maintaining kitchen equipment, and for keeping the kitchen, storeroom, and dish room floors clean to health-code requirements.

You will assist in preparing beverages, nourishments, salads, and desserts as assigned, supporting a calm, safe dining environment for residents and contributing to high-quality nutritional care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent desired.
• Prior food service or dietary experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow procedures for utilizing, sanitizing, and maintaining kitchen equipment such as dishwashers, cutting utensils, sinks, pots, pans, etc.

Title: Dietary Aide

Schedule:

• Full-Time: PM (11:00am-7:30pm)

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma/or equivalent is desired.
• Prior food service or dietary experience preferred.

About the campus: Crestwood Manor in Fremont is a skilled nursing facility serving individuals from a number of California communities. The facility provides long-term treatment services to people with a primary medical diagnosis and specialized behavioral management needs – for example, Alzheimer’s or dementia.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.

Pay Range:

$22.04 - $23.50 USD
