Louisville Gardens is seeking a dependable and team-oriented Full-Time Dietary Aide / Cook to join our dietary team at Louisville, OH. Work proactively in meal preparation, serving and tray assembly while following resident diets and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous dietary, kitchen, or cooking experience preferred.
• Long-term care or healthcare experience is a plus.
• Dependable and able to work the rotating cooking schedule.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Work primarily as a Dietary Aide throughout the week.
• Cook every other weekend.
• Cook every other Monday and Friday.
• Assist with meal preparation, serving, and tray assembly.
• Follow resident diet orders, portion guidelines, and food safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and dining area.
• Assist with dishes, sanitation, stocking, and other dietary department needs.
• Work collaboratively with the dietary and nursing teams to provide excellent service to our residents.
