Responsibilities

• Prepare dining areas for meals by setting tables and gathering supplies as needed.
• Assist with delivery, set up, application of condiments, cutting food, and other tasks related to resident meal service.
• Bus tables after meals, return carts to the kitchen, deliver soiled napkins and table linens to laundry, and report resident food intake as warranted.
• Remove garbage and recyclable items to dumpsters outside the facility.
• Monitor and deliver dietary supply inventory for the assigned area.
• Monitor refrigerator cleanliness, temperature, and stored foodstuffs for identification, freshness, and proper disposal.
• Deliver and pass nutritional supplements and snacks as assigned.
