• Observe dishwasher water temperatures during cycles and operate the dishwasher.
• Sweep, mop, and sanitize kitchen areas; maintain clean refrigerators and surfaces.
• Carry out trash disposal and re-stock groceries in a safe, orderly manner.
• Support orientation and ongoing training of dietary staff and cooperate with all departments.
