Responsibilities include cooking per menus, meeting dietary requirements, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with nursing staff to support residents' health.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Experience in healthcare, long-term care, hospitals, or food service environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus, recipes, and dietary requirements.
• Ensure meals are served on time and meet quality, portion, and presentation standards.
• Prepare meals for residents with therapeutic or modified diets as directed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen while following all food safety guidelines.
• Assist with food preparation for special events and resident celebrations.
• Monitor food inventory and properly store food and supplies.
• Collaborate with the Dietary Manager, Dietitian, and nursing staff to ensure residents meet nutritional needs.
• Follow all regulations related to food preparation and resident safety.
