Livingston Manor Care Center is seeking a Dietary Aide who will support meal service and sanitation duties in a fast-paced long-term care setting. You will also be cross-trained to assist as a Cook, ensuring recipes are followed, ingredients are prepared safely, and dishes are garnished and presented well.

The role reports to the Dietary Manager and requires attention to detail, imagination, and care for resident health.

Aufgaben

• Serve meals to residents and perform sanitation duties in work areas.
• Prepare and serve food, clean equipment, and cleanse the dining/kitchen areas while ensuring resident safety.
• Cross-train as the Cook: quality check ingredients, follow recipes, and prepare food using kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized work area; organize equipment and utensils before service.
• Participate in garnishing and presentation of dishes; oversee opening/closing duties for assigned shifts.
