Job Requirements: Monroe County's Rolling Hills Senior Living Community is seeking a LUE (Limited Use Employee) Dietary Aide. The Dietary Aide assists with pre-preparation, portioning, service, and delivery of foods and beverages, cleans and sanitizes equipment, and maintains compliance with food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures.

Other Experience and Qualifications: Successful candidates will be 18 years or older. A high school diploma/equivalent and previous work experience within the institutional food service industry are preferred. Must be able to obtain ServSafe certification within the first year of employment.
