Peterson Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Wheeling, WV is seeking compassionate Dietary Aides to prepare and serve meals that meet residents’ dietary needs. You’ll maintain cleanliness, follow care plans, and assist with meal setup while delivering friendly, reliable service in a team-focused environment.

Competenze

Experience in food service or healthcare is preferred (not required).

Mansioni

Assist in preparing and serving meals that meet residents' dietary needs and preferences.
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of food preparation and dining areas.
Follow meal plans and portion guidelines according to resident care plans.
Deliver food trays and assist residents with meal setup as needed.
Maintain accurate records of food temperatures, servings, and sanitation logs.
Uphold safety and infection control standards in all dietary tasks.
Perform additional duties as assigned in support of residents’ nutrition and well-being.
