Responsibilities

• Follow recipe directions, diet orders, tray cards, and daily work assignments accurately.
• Prepare food items, serve meal trays, and handle soiled dishes with hygiene.
• Operate dietary equipment and maintain clean, sanitized work areas per safety standards.
• Work around cleaning agents and routine sanitation chemicals safely.
