Rosemount Care Center is seeking a Dietary Aide to support meal preparation, delivery, and tray setup for residents. You will follow dietary cards, assist in food preparation, and ensure timely service on the nursing floor. A focus on cleanliness, safety, and cooperative teamwork is essential.

Ideal candidates will assist cooks, manage substitutions, and help with special meals while maintaining a respectful and resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to make independent decisions and follow instructions.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents, families, and staff.
• Demonstrates teamwork and cooperative spirit.
• Strong reading and writing skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food service and adhere to policies and procedures.
• Prepare and deliver meals and schedules to residents.
• Set up trays according to dietary restrictions and menus.
• Deliver, collect, and sanitize meal trays and dishes.
• Assist cooks and substitute foods as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the dietary area.
• Accept requests from nursing staff and respond promptly.
