Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Dietary Aide to prepare and serve meals in a long-term care facility. You will assist with food prep, serve residents per dietary needs, and maintain sanitary dining areas, while delivering friendly, high-quality service.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety standards, and positive resident interactions. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and may require ServSafe or Food Handler certification depending on state requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food service experience helpful but not required.
• Must follow instructions and work well in a team.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and salads.
• Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and portion sizes.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Interact positively with residents and staff, delivering good service.
• All other duties as assigned.
