Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Dietary Aide to prepare and serve meals for residents in a long‑term care facility. You will follow dietary needs, assist with chopping vegetables, and ensure portions meet guidelines while delivering friendly, resident‑centered service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and are able to work as part of a team. Training is provided, with opportunities for professional development and growth within HCSG.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food service experience not required but preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with staff and residents.
• Residency within service area as required by state/local regulations.

Responsabilités

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing salads.
• Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and portion sizes.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
