Responsibilities

• Assist with Meal Service: Assemble trays and deliver meal carts to nursing or dining areas.
• Maintain cleanliness: Dispose of refuse and keep areas clean according to policies.
• Manage supplies: Deliver and rotate food and floor supplies per first-in, first-out standards.
• Prepare foods: Follow menus and standardized recipes to prepare meals safely and efficiently.
• Serve meals: Portion and serve meals per recipes and spreadsheet instructions.
• Sanitize equipment: Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment properly.
