Job summary

Reliant Care Management Company is seeking a Dietary Aide to support residents with nutritious meals. The role involves preparing ingredients, cooking and presenting dishes per menu specifications, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen.

You will communicate with kitchen staff and management while following safety and sanitation policies and procedures. Applicants should have strong attention to detail, be able to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, and possess basic math

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing and chopping vegetables and meat
• Cook and present dishes according to menu specifications, including following recipes and presentation standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes and utensils and maintaining inventory levels
• Communicate effectively with other team members, including the kitchen staff and management
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
