Responsibilities

• Assist with meal service: assemble trays and deliver meal carts.
• Maintain cleanliness: dispose of refuse per policies.
• Manage supplies: deliver and rotate food and floor supplies per FIFO.
• Prepare foods: follow menus and recipes to prepare meals safely.
• Serve meals: portion and serve as directed by recipes and spreadsheets.
• Sanitize equipment: wash, sanitize, and store dishes and cooking equipment.
