Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, healthcare or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, serving, and delivering meals and snacks to residents according to diet orders.
• Set up meal trays, dining rooms, and food carts.
• Ensure meals are served at proper temperatures and timely.
• Provide assistant to residents during meal times as needed.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and food service equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
• Follow infection control procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
• Stock supplies, label food items, rotate inventory to ensure freshness and compliance with regulations.
