Qualifications

• Tenth grade or higher desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves resident meals and snacks according to planned menus and safety protocols.
• Maintains clean, orderly work areas and proper food temperatures during preparation and service.
• Labels, dates, stores foods properly and follows service schedules for meals and events.
• Works with kitchen staff to ensure accuracy of portioning and timely delivery of meals.
