Sevierville Health and Rehabilitation Center in Sevierville, TN is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to join our Food Services team. You will assist kitchen staff in meal preparation and serving nutritious meals to residents, following individual care plans and dietary restrictions.

The role requires strong communication, a passion for working with aging populations, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service, healthcare or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, serving, and delivering meals to residents according to diet orders.
• Set up meal trays, dining rooms, and food carts.
• Ensure meals are served at proper temperatures and in a timely manner.
• Provide assistance to residents during meals as needed.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and food service equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
• Follow infection control procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
• Stock supplies and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and regulatory compliance.

Sevierville Health and Rehabilitation Center is hiring for a passionateDietary Aide to join our Food Services team in Sevierville, Tennessee. Asa Dietary Aide, you will assist the kitchen staff in meal preparation, serving the nutritional meal to our residents, while following the residents' food restrictions according to their care plan.

Dietary Aide Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, healthcare or hospitality is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion to work with diverse aging population
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Dietary Aide Responsibilities
