Responsibilities

• Set up dining areas with cleanliness and order.
• Prepare meals under supervision of dietary manager and cook.
• Deliver dishes and trays to residents and rooms at designated times.
• Take down dining areas and collect plates, glasses, dishes, and trash.
• Clean food prep areas, kitchen, dishes, and equipment.
• Stock ingredients and monitor inventory as directed.
• Ensure meals follow orders or diet instructions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, staff, and supervisors.
