Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up dining areas with cleanliness and order.
• Prepare meals under guidance of dietary manager/cook.
• Deliver dishes and trays at designated times and rooms.
• Clear dining areas and collect used items.
• Dispose of leftovers and take out trash.
• Sanitize and clean food prep areas and equipment.
• Assure meals meet dietary orders.
• Interact professionally with residents, visitors, staff and supervisors.
• Stock ingredients and monitor inventory as directed.
• Ensure meals align with orders or diet instructions.
