Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing patient meals and room supplies.
• Set up salad bar and dessert bar; maintain neat displays.
• Wash dishes and keep the dish room clean.
• Use portion control guidelines when preparing food.
• Maintain dining room and food preparation area cleanliness.
• Obtain tray counts by unit for each meal and assist cooks.
