Job summary

Santa Cruz Post Acute is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our full-time care team in Santa Cruz, CA. Starting pay is $23.00–$26.00/hour, DOE, with comprehensive benefits and multiple shift options across day, evening, and night schedules.

You will assist residents with ADLs, monitor health indicators, support meals, and ensure a clean, safe living space while reporting changes to nursing staff and adhering to infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• Active California CNA certification (required).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility.
• Monitor and record vital signs, weights, and other observations.
• Support meal service and ensure proper hydration.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident spaces.
• Promptly report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols; collaborate with care team.
