Job summary

Evergreen Healthcare Group’s Prairie View Healthcare Center in Woonsocket, SD seeks a Dietary Aide to join the dietary department. Read orders, prepare and serve meals, and help maintain cleanliness and safety in a team environment.

• Read production orders on tray cards
• Place items such as utensils, napkins, straws, condiments, and tray cards on trays
• Perform food preparation tasks as assigned
• Serve meals on trays at proper time, temperature, and presentation
• Push carts to halls or kitchen
• W ash dishes and clean work area
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness

Prairie View Healthcare Centeris currently looking for aDietary Aideto join our dietary department. We are seeking a team-oriented individual who takes pride in their work. Our enhanced dining program provides culinary excellence.

Essential Functions:

• Read production orders on tray cards
• Places items, such as eating utensils, napkins, straws, condiments, and tray cards on trays.
• Performs food preparation tasks as assigned.
• Serve assigned food on trays at proper time, attractively, and at correct temperature. May help with food preparation.
• Pushes carts to halls or kitchen.
• Washes dishes and cleans work area
• Maintains cleanliness and orderliness

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Required:Food Handlers' Permit
• Knowledge of high standards of food service sanitation and safety
