Job summary

Evergreen Healthcare Group's Polson Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our dietary department. We value teamwork and pride in delivering enhanced dining through culinary excellence.

The role involves reading tray cards, placing items on trays, assisting with food prep, serving meals at the correct time and temperature, and keeping work areas clean. A Food Handlers' Permit and attention to sanitation are required.

Qualifications

• Required: Food Handlers' Permit
• Knowledge of high standards of food service sanitation and safety
• Interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Skill and ability to learn to operate kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Read production orders on tray cards

Polson Health and Rehabilitation Center is currently looking for a Dietary Aide to join our dietary department. We are seeking a team-oriented individual who takes pride in their work. Our enhanced dining program provides culinary excellence.

Essential Functions:

• Read production orders on tray cards

• Places items, such as eating utensils, napkins, straws, condiments, and tray cards on trays.

• Performs food preparation tasks as assigned.

• Serve assigned food on trays at proper time, attractively, and at correct temperature. May help with food preparation.

• Pushes carts to halls or kitchen.

• Washes dishes and cleans work area

• Maintains cleanliness and orderliness
