Job summary

The Pearl at Watkins Centre, operated by Phoenix Senior Living, is seeking Dietary Aides to join their team and support residents in dining rooms and designated areas. Full-time or part-time opportunities are available. Education required is a high school diploma or GED, with preferred experience in dining hospitality or senior living environments.

The Pearl at Watkins Centre is seeking Dietary Aides to join their team!

Shifts Details

Full Time & Part Time available

Purpose

The Dietary Aide is responsible for food preparation, plating dishes, dining and table services to residents and guests in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas in accordance with Phoenix Senior Living standards. Responsible for handling all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.

Responsibilities

• Follow all local, state and federal policies regarding food handling
• Maintains standards of cleanliness, hygiene and health standards
• Prepares all special dietary needs as directed
• Adheres to posted menus and prepares food items using approved Phoenix standardized recipes in a timely manner

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma/ GED required
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and / or full service senior living preferred
