Job summary

Primrose Retirement Communities, LLC is hiring a Dietary Aide to create an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests. Duties include taking orders, seating and assisting residents, delivering meals, and clearing dinnerware promptly.

May help with cleaning, dishes, and basic food prep. We’re seeking sanitation certification or the ability to obtain it within 30 days, plus restaurant-serving experience and a compassionate, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Sanitation certification required or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Experience serving in a restaurant setting preferred.
• Ability to recognize residents’ needs and respond with urgency and compassion.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Must have a solid work ethic, positive attitude, and be a good team player.
• Able and willing to work weekend and holiday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Take food and drink orders and deliver meals to residents and guests.
• Seat residents and assist as needed during dining.
• Remove dinnerware from tables in a timely manner.
• May assist with general cleaning, dishes, and food preparation.

The Dietary Aide will be responsible for taking food and drink orders, seating and assisting residents when needed, delivering meals, and removing dinnerware from the table in a timely manner. May also assist with general cleaning, dishes, and food preparation.
