Job summary

Primrose Retirement Communities, LLC is seeking a Dietary Aide to create an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests. You will take orders, seat and assist residents, deliver meals, and clear tables in a timely manner. You may help with cleaning, dishes, and basic prep as needed.

The role offers weekend and holiday rotation with opportunities for part-time hours and shifts available in days or evenings. Sanitation certification is required or can be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Sanitation certification required or obtainable within 30 days of hire.
• Restaurant serving experience is preferred.
• Ability to recognize residents’ needs and respond with urgency and compassion.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Must have a solid work ethic, positive attitude, and be a good team player.
• Able and willing to work weekend and holiday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Take food and drink orders from residents and guests.
• Seat residents and assist them as needed.
• Deliver meals and remove dinnerware promptly.

Primrose Retirement Communities is hiring a Dietary Aide to be responsible for creating an exceptional dining experience for all residents and guests. The Dietary Aide will be responsible for taking food and drink orders, seating and assisting residents when needed, delivering meals, and removing dinnerware from the table in a timely manner. May also assist with general cleaning, dishes, and food preparation.

What we’re looking for:
