Job summary

River Falls Post Acute in Wisconsin is hiring a Dietary Aide to support meal service operations in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This full-time role emphasizes dependable service to residents and collaboration with the dietary team.

The position requires compassion for geriatric residents, 18+ years old, and prior food service experience. A Food Handler's Certificate is required and benefits are available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and distribute meal trays.
• Assist with meal service and resident dining needs.
• Wash dishes and operate dishwashing equipment.
• Prepare snacks, nourishments, and beverages as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining areas, and workstations.
• Sweep, mop, and clean dietary areas.
• Properly store food, supplies, and deliveries.
• Follow food safety and infection control procedures.
• Assist cooks and dietary leadership as needed.
• Work cooperatively with nursing staff and other departments.
• Maintain a positive and resident-focused attitude throughout each shift.
