Lorien Taneytown is seeking compassionate and dependable Dietary Aides to join our Food & Nutrition Services Department, helping prepare, serve, and deliver nutritious meals with care for our residents.

Qualifications

• Must be 17 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 25–50 pounds.
• Strong customer service orientation in a care setting.
• Ability to follow sanitation and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, serving, and cleaning up meals according to established standards and guidelines
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents, visitors, and team members
• Ensure the kitchen and dining areas remain clean, safe, and well-organized at all times
• Collaborate with dietary staff to provide nutritious, appealing meals that meet residents' dietary needs
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and infection control regulations
• PT/PRN hour availability
• Schedule 545a-215p / 330p-730p
• Every-other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
• Age Requirement Must be 17 years or older

As a valued member of our Food & Nutrition Services Department, you will play an important role in supporting the health, comfort, and well‑being of our residents by helping prepare, serve, and deliver nutritious meals with care and attention.

Compensation

• $15.00-$15.50 per hour (based on experience)
• Same Day Pay for all employees

What You'll Do
