Lorien Health Services is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) at Lorien Taneytown to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a warm community setting. You will collaborate with physicians, RNs, and the care team to deliver high-quality nursing services and ensure comfort and dignity for residents.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland LPN license.
• Full Time, Part Time and PRN shifts available.
• Evening/Nights 8 or 12 hour shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care per care plans and orders.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes.
• Assist with assessments, documentation and care planning.
• Support residents' physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
• Follow infection prevention, safety and regulatory standards.
• Provide education and support to residents and families.
• Promote a positive environment that enhances quality of life.

Responsibilities

As aLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) atLorien Taneytown, you will provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care that promotes the health, comfort, dignity, and well-being of our residents. Working collaboratively with physicians, registered nurses, nursing assistants, and the interdisciplinary care team, you will help ensure residents receive exceptional clinical care in a supportive and resident-centered environment.The ideal candidate demonstrates akind, patient, and empathetic approach while maintaining strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in resident care.In this role, you will:

Qualifications

• License: Active Maryland LPN license
• Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accomodation.
