Lorien Harmony Hall in Columbia, Maryland, is seeking Dietary Aides to support food service for residents in a memory care community. The role encompasses meal preparation, portion-controlled service, and maintaining a clean, sanitary kitchen and dining area.
You will work with dietary and nursing staff to meet resident needs, provide friendly service, and assist with other dietary duties as needed. This is a PRN position with day, evening, and night shifts available.

What You Will Do:
Assist with meal preparation and food service for residents
Serve meals in accordance with dietary guidelines and portion controls
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dining, and service areas
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as assigned
Follow food safety, infection control, and sanitation standards
Work collaboratively with dietary and nursing staff to meet resident needs
Provide friendly, courteous service to residents and guests
Assist with other dietary duties as needed to support daily operations
