Lorien Bulle Rock in Havre de Grace, MD, is hiring Dietary Aides to assist with meals and resident care in our skilled nursing facility. You will help prepare, serve, and clean up meals while delivering friendly service to residents and visitors.

This full-time position requires lifting up to 50 pounds, a high school diploma or GED, and a team-oriented attitude. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits including PTO and tuition assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, serving, and cleaning up meals according to established standards and guidelines.
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents, visitors, and team members.
• Ensure the kitchen and dining areas remain clean, safe, and well-organized at all times.
• Collaborate with dietary staff to provide nutritious, appealing meals that meet residents’ dietary needs.
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and infection control regulations.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Assist in preparing, serving, and cleaning up meals according to established standards and guidelines
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents, visitors, and team members

Qualifications

• Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• High School diploma or GED, a plus
• Must be at least 17 years old
• Integrity and a strong work ethic
• Must be a team player with a strong work ethic and the willingness to help where and when it is needed

Schedule & Availability

• Full-Time Hour
• 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
• Every other weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday)
