Fast Track Apprenticeship Program - Culinary Track gives employees an opportunity to advance within the position. With each step, you'll gain more expertise, earning potential, and college credit toward an Associate Degree! The goal is for you to become a Certified Lead Cook, and Trilogy will pay for your certification if you qualify.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Participating in our Culinary Apprenticeship Program to grow your career
• Serving meals to residents in our healthcare campus
• Assisting with daily cleaning duties, including work tables, refrigerators, sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing
• Setting up dining areas, meal trays, and food carts as instructed
• Assisting cooks in meal preparation
